Cornering performance improvement is crucial for driving mini circuits and winding roads. Increasing spring rate is the most obvious way to improve the cornering performance, however this may cost you some comfort.
So, to keep the driving comfortable and still increase the spring rate, we chose the barrel spring. Unlike straight springs, these have multiple spring rates through them based on the difference in diameter. Having used the advantage of this shape, we came up with the suspension with the rate as low as 1G for your driving comfort, and higher rates for high-speed cornering and driving.
Carefully tested in various conditions, such as mini circuit and winding roads, the rate was set to 3.4kgf/mm for the front and 3.4kgf/mm for the rear springs (with normal rate of F/2.7 and R/2.8)

We are happy to present you with CIVIC (FL1) N1 MUFFLER KIT. What we had in mind when we started developing this 11th generation CIVIC muffler was (of course) improved power performance and a nice(r) sound along with the JQR certification.
Any muffler needs to secure a sufficient exhaust flow and low noise levels.
Bigger diameter to increase the exhaust flow rate, less curves for less resistance. Installing multiple silencers along with reducing the diameter also helps reducing that sound energy.
As conflicting as it sounds, we think we managed to find the balance between improving the output and reducing the sound. After examining the pipe diameter and silencer shape, running multiple tests with various prototypes we finally made an all-around satisfying product.
Dual exhaust muffler, same with SPOON SPORTS N1 classic silencer. Special garnish for the bumper included to make the fit even better. This front pipe and main muffler change kit provides boost up and high flow turbocharger upgrade, ensuring sufficient exhaust flow rate.

What we think here at SPOON is the caliper is not to stop
the car, but the part to make it turn.
Braking is the first thing you do to slow down to the
right speed, transfer the vehicle weight and create the best cornering position
in order to make a turn.
The brake part we made is a 4 pot aluminium caliper that
is meant to make your car turn.
Using a 1 pot caliper with a strong brake pad will sure
be enough if you need to slow the vehicle down, precise brake control however
will be difficult, especially when it comes to cornering.
Tire size, vehicle weight and other multiple tests led us
to the conclusion that 4 pots are the best. And here is why: the multi pot
caliper response to the pedal is a lot more accurate which obviously makes it a
choice for the sports driving. Pressing the brake pad with multiple pistons
from the left and right is more precise and allows more control over vehicle’s
attitude when making a turn.
This caliper has a capless full monocoque body structure
made with angle head processing machine that is also used to make racing
calipers for MotoGP. Its features include high body rigidity and minimized
risks of pressure loss and fluid leakage.
The pistons feature dust boots making daily maintenance
and use easy and safe.
The rotor diameter is 260mm, which is 30mm larger than
normal, making it more stable in a long run and giving you a great pedal feel.

We are happy to announce the release of the following SW388 forged aluminum wheels
Weight reduction has a big impact on car acceleration and deceleration, cornering, and maneuvering. Since wheels play a huge role in all the above, their weight reduction means a lot to the car. The iconic forged aluminium SW388 named after its actual weight of 3.88 kg first came out in 1996 and surprised the world with its lightness.
25 years since then however safety standards have significantly changed and reducing the weight became extremely difficult. We nevertheless decided to set the same 3.88kg target weight for these new N-One wheels.
It was not easy to achieve with the same production method based on the current standards, even though it has the same 15-inch size.
Hours of desk work, fatigue strength simulation and analysis, prototypes and tests repeated by the engineers over and over again finally paid off, and we are proud to announce even lighter weight of 3.84kg.
Now we cannot wait for you to experience it.
Here is what’s new:
1.Stepped shape center pad
Wheel center surface now has a step shape (picture a staircase) to increase rigidity and reduce weight.
Wave shaped wheel well
A part of the well (valve seat part) is made into a wave shape for weight reduction. Heat dissipation and rigidity further improved.
3.Ω cross-section spokes
Spoke cross section hollowed out to reduce weight. Heat dissipation and rigidity further improved.
4.Arched mounting surface
Special arched donut shaped gouge to ensure mounting rigidity and avoid stress concentration by crimping the surface pressure on the outer part. Hub bolts and hollow hub representing iconic SW388 design.

We have been testing new generation K-Sports N-one in
various conditions such as circuit, street, and winding road.
Despite high body rigidity and rather steady feel in the
street conditions, we felt the decreased steering response and some instability
with braking on winding roads and circuit.
Various tests showed that reinforcing the circumference
of the front subframe improves handling, that led us to developing the stiff
plate similar to S660 and FK CIVIC ones.
Whilst it is common to add a bar for reinforcement, it
generally works in one direction. Any car, however, has inputs from multiple
directions, which makes it necessary to add several bars in a specific way, that
obviously results in an increased weight.
STIFF PLATE collects and reinforces multiple mounting
points on its surface which allows to improve the torsional rigidity and
bending with minimum weight increase.
N-ONE STIFF PLATE’s truss shape is applied exactly where
the extra strength is required, improving the lateral load capacity by over two
tons compared to normal.
