SPOON SPORTS has newly released the S-TAI SIDE STEP for the 11^th generation CIVIC TYPE R (FL5).

前後S-TAIバンパーと同様に実車でのテストを重ね、最適な整流効果を生み出す形状を追求しました。
素材にはFRPを使用しています。

As with the front and rear S-TAI bumpers, extensive real-world testing was conducted to pursue a shape that delivers optimal airflow management. The component is made from FRP.

フロントホイールハウス周辺の空気の流れを制御することで、リアタイヤに直接当たる空気を抑制しドラッグを低減させます。

By controlling the airflow around the front wheel housings, it reduces the amount of air that hits the rear tires directly, thereby reducing drag.

さらに、車両サイドから下面への空気流入を抑えることで、フロントバンパーとディフューザーの空力性能を最大限に引き出し、操縦安定性を向上させます。

In addition, by reducing the amount of air that flows under the vehicle from the sides, the aerodynamic performance of the front bumper and diffuser is maximized, enhancing overall handling stability.

2月9日より販売開始です。
