In front-wheel-drive vehicles, the driveshaft must transmit engine torque to the wheels while operating through large articulation angles as the steering turns. This places extreme stress on the constant velocity (CV) joints, making them one of the most demanding components in any drivetrain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the severe conditions of motorsport, these loads have often led to joint failures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the key technologies we developed to overcome this challenge is precision mirror polishing of the CV joint components. By reducing friction and optimizing surface finish, this process enhances durability and reliability under the extreme loads encountered in racing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
