Counterfeit products are often lined up together with genuine ones in order to mislead the customer. It may be difficult to understand if the product you are trying to buy is fake just by looking at the photo of it online. We strongly advise our customers to only buy from the authorized dealers to ensure you are buying a genuine product.

Products bought from the authorized dealers are protected with the warranty from SPOON Japan. The warranty is only valid if bought from one of the authorized dealers. SPOON products that are bought individually and/or parallel imported to your country of residence are not subject to warranty.
